Originally from Sydney’s northern beaches, Katherine has recently joined Wallace & Stratton as Head of Talent Acquisition. She is an accomplished and passionate professional with a wealth of experience in tech recruitment, project delivery, process improvement and business partnering. Holding a Diploma in Property and a long-standing family history in property development, her role at Wallace & Stratton is truly a full circle moment!

Known for her diligence and ambition, she brings a track record of seamlessly building global high-performing teams, improving internal processes and candidate experience, setting a standard for excellence in the industry. A positive mindset, tenacity, and enthusiasm are evident in her approach to recruitment.

Outside of the office, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the surroundings of Omaha where she now resides.
