Originally from the UK, Luke moved to New Zealand in his early 20s, bringing with him a trade background as an electrician. At 25, he started a solar company that grew to be New Zealand’s largest solar company from the ground up.

After exiting the business in 2022, he shifted his focus to property — personally buying and selling over 40 homes within just two years.

Having been on both sides of the transaction, Luke understands exactly what matters to buyers, sellers, and agents — and what it takes to deliver standout results.

Now, as Chief Executive of Wallace Real Estate, Luke blends real-world investing experience with strong business leadership to deliver a fresh, results-driven approach to real estate. He’s hands-on, growth-focused, and passionate about building a brand that prioritises innovation, strong systems, and true value for both agents and clients.
