I started my relationship with Real Estate in 2017 as a Property Developer – co-owning and operating a development company in Christchurch. This venture saw me build a passion for homes and build knowledge around plans, construction and market research. The company had its successes facilitating transactions with buyers from a variety of backgrounds. We had sales with buyers from overseas, first time buyers and property investors.

Beyond my property development endeavors, I have many years serving in the Royal New Zealand Air Force as a Logistics Specialist. While climbing the ranks, I became a subject matter expert in a variety of roles, including deploying for world emergencies which involves flexibility, diligence and planning. Managing a diverse team and built and maintained multi-national vendor relationships. I have been awarded for my high work ethic and complex thinking, educated myself in tertiary study to further my career, plus I’ve heard a few people say I’m a friendly bloke.
