Update received February 2024

We hope your summer has been a great one! With all the physical work nearing completion, the on-site crew is cleaning up any minor snags to ensure all homes are in great condition and move-in ready. All roading and footpaths are successfully poured, asphalt work completed, and line marking in place, so everything is really starting to come to life in a very exciting way. The majority of the works remaining now is just the fencing and landscaping, as you can see from the photos, which will provide a better sense of our recent progress.

We are targeting May to hand over the keys (or PIN codes for the digital locks!) and can’t wait for our new owners to call Alfriston Villas home.

Update received December 2023

2023 has really flown by, and so has this build. The vertical build works of the houses themselves are now 99% complete, and Chancellor Construction will be gone from the site on the 22nd, with just minor snagging and remedial works being taken care of over the holiday period.

Landscaping, fencing and hardscaping (roading etc) is underway, and set to complete in late February. Thus progress remains steady, and we are looking forward to handing over the keys to new owners in April. See video progress update here.
