At least a few steps ahead of everyone as a well which has been helpful.  Your whole approach from researching – and double checking; following up – even with information that I didn’t want to hear; your negotiation approach, advise and focus; knowing what is happening and how to put the right emphasises on which point; being my advocate; closing the deal…I can go on and on.  You have a unique style, not completely orthodox, smile, but then I am not conventional either so works perfectly for me.  I met some other estate agents along the way and I know I was working with the best one..
