The building team is continuing to make steady progress, and we’re pleased to inform you that most of the lots are now in the finishing stages, with landscaping making significant progress. Notably, lots 22-33 have successfully undergone their final Council inspections and have been submitted for Code of Compliance Certificates (CCC). We also anticipate submitting CCC applications for lots 40-45 either late this week or early next week.
In light of these developments, we want to provide you with the updated estimated dates for triggering the settlement of your new home. Please keep in mind that these dates are subject to potential delays caused by various factors such as adverse weather conditions, material availability, processing delays by Council and LINZ, and unforeseen illnesses.
Here are the current estimated settlement dates:
Lots 22 – 33: Late November
Lots 40 – 57: Late November
Lots 1 – 16: Late November
Lots 34 – 39: Late November
Lots 17 – 21: Early December

Progress has been continuing at pace and last Friday we completed the final major pour for the JOAL. The team is now concentrating on finishing works and footpaths in order to apply for titles which we expect to do in the next few weeks.
Below are the current estimated dates for triggering settlement of your new home. Please note these dates could be delayed by a variety of factors including bad weather, material
shortages, Council and LINZ processing delays and illness.

Significant progress has been made on-site, with the completion of a section of the JOAL (the road encircling the development) this week. A breakthrough solution has been uncovered, allowing for the earlier acquisition of titles than initially anticipated in May. Rest assured, you will be kept thoroughly informed. Presently, titles are expected to be received in the middle to late September. Taking this into account, we are pleased to provide you with the following estimated settlement dates for your new home:
- Lots 22 – 57: Early to mid-October
- Lots 1 – 16: Early November
- Lots 17 – 21: Late November to early December

We have some exciting updates to share regarding the progress of Millbrook 44. The estimated completion for the construction is set for August, with titles expected to be received in November.
The foundation work for lots 17-21 faced some delays due to inclement weather. However, we’re pleased to report that significant progress has been made on this block of homes, and the construction is now moving forward smoothly.
