A little about me
Years of experience in top level business administration has honed Marlene’s skills in customer service, organisation and negotiation, ensuring her smooth transition into real estate. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, empathy, an eye for detail and total commitment are Marlene’s strengths and she knows how to foster positive business relationships and work tirelessly to deliver exceptional results in assisting clients to achieve their property goals and objectives.
Having resided in West Auckland most of her adult life and with her experience in buying, selling, investing and renovating her own properties over the years, Marlene has a deep insight into her client’s needs and she knows how to deliver.
Working on the purchasing committee for a North Auckland Holiday Park 10 years ago, gave Marlene an insight into commercial real estate. She has continued working within the holiday park business in her spare time, using the Park as a refuge for relaxation and recreation.
