Boyd has real estate in the blood. Four members of his family either sell real estate or own franchises. Boyd first joined the industry in 1999 based in Auckland City selling properties in Herne Bay, St Marys Bay, Freemans Bay and Ponsonby.
He caused quite a splash right from the start being profiled on the cover of a National real estate magazine “Real Estate New Zealand”, Espy magazine, the Sunday Star Times and in year 2000, the New Zealand Herald.
This lead to multiple TV appearances on shows such “Good Morning” and Prime TV.
He also became a published Author, “Life Deals the Cards – You Play the Hand” was released through Reed publishing in 2000, a work of personal motivation overcoming adversity.
Boyd worked as a Keynote speaker for Celebrity Speakers throughout Australasia on personal motivation, sales and real estate. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand had Boyd as a Keynote speaker at its AGM’s and he also worked closely with property investment companies and developers.
Now Boyd and his family live by the water near Matakana raising the children in a better environment than that offered in the central city. He brings a wide range of experience and skills not that common to our rural table and his enthusiasm for what he does is quite infectious.
